Wire production
In 2023, the second automatic wire production machine was completed, so we could continue our production expansion program started in 2021. In addition to production expansion, two other focal points are production efficiency and reducing the physical strain on our employees. To this end, the new production line is supported by an ABB robotic cell for loading melting cauldrons and a crane for handled finished spools. We purchased the robot and crane to reduce the physical strain on the workers. Our next step is an industrial-scale exhaust system investment to further protect our employees.
With the addition of the second automatic production line, production flexibility has also been increased, thus enabling the simultaneous production of different wire diameters. Both metal compositions and wire diameters can be produced quickly and reliably while meeting our high quality standards. Wires can be produced from 2 mm to 10 mm and are lead or lead antimony with an antimony content of up to 6%. All wires are manufactured according to customers' specifications, and each order is accompanied by a quality certificate, which guarantees the quality of the material composition.
The machine is already fully operational and we can continue on the path of modernization and digitalization.
